    About this product

Blue Sea Systems ANL Fuse Block with insulating cover, 32V DC max, 2/0 AWG max cable, swing-out design. Manufacturer PN 5005.

The Blue Sea Systems ANL Fuse Block with Insulating Cover is a swing-out design that lets you replace a blown ANL fuse without removing any fasteners — useful when a fuse needs a quick swap in a tight engine bay or lazarette. It's built around stainless steel studs and a UL 94-V0 base that resists high heat.

    Key features

    • 32V DC maximum
    • 5/16" (M8) stud terminals accept ring terminals up to 2/0 AWG
    • Swing-out design allows fuse replacement without removing fasteners
    • Insulating cover satisfies ABYC/USCG requirements, with breakouts for wire access in any direction

This block accepts Blue Sea's 35-300A ANL fuses (PN 5122-5133, plus 5164 and 5165 at the low end) — it does not extend to the higher-amperage 350-750A ANL fuses, which require the larger PN 5503 block instead. Confirm your fuse's amperage falls in the 35-300A range before ordering this block.

Torque the stud terminals to 110 in-lb, and route wire through whichever cover breakout keeps the run cleanest — the cover is designed to accept cable from more than one direction without needing to be reoriented.

The swing-out cover is the main practical advantage over a fixed-cover Class T or ANL block of similar amperage — a quick fuse swap doesn't require removing any hardware, which matters when a blown fuse needs replacing underway. This block is a common choice for windlass, bow thruster, and sub-300A inverter circuits where an ANL fuse's cost and simplicity are preferred over a Class T setup's higher interrupt rating. Confirm your fuse's printed amperage before ordering a replacement block.
