What does your panel need to control?

Every switch panel is custom built around how the boat is run: the functions, the station, the displays and the lighting. Tell us what it has to switch and where it mounts; we lay it out, quote it and build it.

There is no limit on switch count. These are the popular sizes; any count, style or mix of displays is built to order from your circuit list.

How a custom panel comes together

Prefer to talk it through first? Contact engineering.

    1. Send the load or circuit list

Circuits, amperages, AC or DC, where the panel mounts and any standard it has to meet. Photos and drawings help.

    2. We draw the face and quote it

Layout, breaker, switch or fuse selection, metering and enclosure, priced as one line so there are no surprises.

    3. Build, bench test, photograph

Wired and labeled to your list, tested under load and photographed before it leaves the shop.

    4. Ship with documentation

Wiring diagram and labeling schedule included; 46 CFR documentation package on request.

Switch panels for every station on board.

From a six-switch accessory panel to a full helm with displays and start-stop controls, each panel is laid out around how the boat is actually run.

    • Helm switch panels

Backlit rocker and push-button panels with Veratron displays, engraved to your circuit list and dimmable for night running.

    • Engine room panels

Sealed start-stop and accessory panels built to live next to the engines: heat, vibration and washdown accounted for.

    • Salon & cabin panels

Lighting, pumps and accessory switching in flush-mount panels that match the joinery and the rest of the helm.

    • Military & commercial craft

Ruggedized switch panels for patrol boats, workboats and support craft, with sealed switches and full labeling.

    • Refits & repowers

Send a photo of the existing panel. We match cutouts where practical or propose a cleaner layout for the new systems.

    • Builders & dealers

Repeatable panel designs for production boats, with dealer pricing and documentation for every hull.

What goes into every switch panel

Built, wired and tested on the same bench as our breaker panels and engine harnesses.

    • Carling rocker, push-button or toggle switches
    • Veratron digital displays and gauges where the layout calls for them
    • Engraved, backlit labels that read at night without glare
    • Sealed switches and gaskets for open helms and engine rooms
    • Pre-wired with labeled leads and terminated for your harness
    • Circuit protection matched to each switch
    • Bench-tested and photographed before it ships

    Questions we get asked

What kinds of marine switch panels do you build?
Push-button, rocker and toggle switch panels for the helm, flybridge, salon and engine room, with Carling switches, Veratron displays and backlit engraved labels. Each panel is wired, labeled and tested before it ships.
Are the switch panels backlit and engraved?
Yes. Labels are engraved into the panel face and backlit so they read at night without glare; indicator lighting and dimming are available.
Are the panels sealed for an open helm?
Panels for exposed helms and engine rooms use sealed switches and gaskets so spray and washdown stay out of the switch gear.
Can you match an existing panel or layout?
Send a photo or drawing of the current panel and your circuit list. We match cutouts and label layout where practical, or propose a cleaner arrangement.
Do you sell prefabricated switch panels?
Prefabricated switch panels in the most popular switch counts are coming soon. There is no limit on switch count: every panel is built to order from your circuit list today, usually quoted within one business day.
