By using the Common Ground Marine storefront, dealer portal, configurator, or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to retail customers, dealers, and anyone browsing the catalog. Dealer accounts may be subject to additional terms specified in your dealer agreement; where the two conflict, the dealer agreement controls.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in violation of these terms.
Prices, availability, and product specifications shown on the storefront are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the catalog accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the listed items at the listed prices. We accept your order when we confirm it by email or, in the case of dealer orders, when we enter it into our production system. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a price was listed in error, the product is no longer available, or we suspect fraud.
Custom harnesses, panel layouts, and other quoted work are built to the specifications you approve in writing. Once production has started, custom items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. We will work with you to confirm specifications before any cutting, crimping, or assembly begins.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, destination, and weight. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
Stock items in their original, unused condition may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Custom and quoted items are non-returnable except where the product is defective. If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund consistent with our warranty.

You may use the site to evaluate, purchase, and install our products; any other use requires our written permission.

Except for any express written warranty that accompanies a specific product, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Ground Marine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product you purchase. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or a product purchased from us will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Common Ground Marine harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Common Ground Marine maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
