    About this product

Blue Sea Systems DualBus Plus 150A BusBar, 5 screw terminals + 2 stud terminals per bus, positive and negative isolated. Manufacturer PN 2722.

The Blue Sea Systems DualBus Plus 150A BusBar combines an isolated positive bus and negative bus on a single compact block, so a boat owner doesn't need two separate busbars mounted side by side to consolidate both a circuit's supply and its return. It carries the same 150A DC rating as Blue Sea's Common BusBar family in a more space-efficient two-in-one layout.

    Key features

    • 130A AC / 150A DC continuous rating per bus, 300V AC / 48V DC maximum
    • 5 #10-32 screw terminals and 2 1/4in stud terminals per bus (positive and negative isolated)
    • Clear polycarbonate cover snaps on to meet Coast Guard and ABYC insulation requirements
    • Tin-plated copper CDA 110 bus material

This is a strong fit for a compact accessory circuit bank — five branch circuits that each need both a fused positive feed and a common negative return, consolidated in one footprint instead of two separate common busbars. The cover keeps both buses insulated from each other and from accidental contact.

Torque the screw terminals to 18 in-lb and the stud terminals to 60 in-lb. Because the positive and negative buses sit right next to each other on this design, double-check polarity carefully when landing each wire — it's easy to cross a connection on a dual-bus block if you're not paying attention to which side is which.

A 5/16in stud version (PN 2723) is also available if your incoming supply cable uses larger ring terminals than this 1/4in-stud version accepts — check your cable's lug size before ordering to make sure it matches this block's stud diameter.
