    About this product

Blue Sea Systems Common 100A Mini BusBar, four #10-32 stud terminals, 100A, 300V AC / 48V DC max. Manufacturer PN 2305.

The Blue Sea Systems Common 100A Mini BusBar packs busbar consolidation into a footprint small enough for tight installations where a full-size Common BusBar won't fit. This 4-gang version gives four #10-32 stud terminals in a compact body, at a 100A continuous rating that covers most accessory and lighting circuit consolidation needs.

    Key features

    • 100A continuous rating, 300V AC / 48V DC maximum
    • Four #10-32 stud terminals, no screw terminals
    • Compact size for limited-space applications
    • UL 94-V0 rated glass-reinforced thermoplastic base

This bar is a good fit behind a small switch panel, inside a console, or anywhere a full-size busbar's footprint won't fit but a handful of ring-terminated circuits still need to consolidate at one point — either as a small ground bus or a light-duty positive distribution point. It's a common choice for smaller boats or RVs where every inch of mounting space behind the panel counts, and for retrofits into an existing console where a full-size busbar simply won't fit the available cavity.

Torque the stud terminals to 18 in-lb. An optional cover (PN 2713, shared with PN 2304) is available if the installation needs insulated terminals for ABYC/USCG compliance — this base bar ships without one. Keep the mounting location dry, since the compact base has less surface area to dissipate any incidental moisture than a full-size busbar. If your circuit count grows beyond four in the future, the 5-gang version (PN 2304) adds screw terminals for additional branch circuits and more flexibility in wire types, giving a natural upgrade path.
