    About this product

Blue Sea Systems PowerBar 600A BusBar, four 3/8in stud terminals, 545A AC / 600A DC, 300V AC / 48V DC max. Manufacturer PN 2104.

The Blue Sea Systems PowerBar 600A BusBar is built for the highest-current consolidation points on a boat — the main battery bank connections, large inverter feeds, or a bank of high-amperage fuse blocks that all need to tie into one heavy-duty bus. At 600A DC, it far exceeds what a Common or MaxiBus busbar is rated to carry.

    Key features

    • 545A AC / 600A DC continuous rating, 300V AC / 48V DC maximum
    • Four 3/8in-16 stud terminals
    • UL 94-V0 rated glass-reinforced thermoplastic base
    • Tin-plated copper CDA 110 bus material

This bar is a common choice as a negative tie point at the battery bank, consolidating grounds from an inverter, a windlass, a bow thruster, and other heavy circuits without stacking multiple ring terminals on the battery post itself — Blue Sea publishes a dedicated article on using the 600A busbar as a negative tie point for this exact application.

Also common as a positive distribution point ahead of several ANL or Class T fuse blocks that each protect a downstream high-current circuit, letting one heavy supply cable from the battery bank fan out to multiple protected circuits from a single tie point.

Torque all four stud terminals to 140 in-lb. An optional cover (PN 2708) is available for insulated terminals. Because this bar carries very high current, mount it with generous cable-bend clearance and inspect stud connections at every haul-out for tightness and corrosion, since a loose connection at 600A is a genuine fire-risk item if it goes unnoticed for long.
