    About this product

Veratron OceanLink 7 in TFT Multifunction Touchscreen is the larger OceanLink master display for comprehensive engine and vessel monitoring. The 7 in touchscreen combines network data, direct engine CAN information, local analog sensors and video in one panel, making it well suited to larger engine rooms and multi-station helm systems.

    Key features

    • 7 in 24-bit touchscreen TFT, 800 x 480 pixels
    • NMEA 2000 certified interface
    • Two SAE J1939 engine channels
    • Two EasyLink outputs for up to 16 satellite gauges per channel
    • Two composite-video inputs
    • Extensive local analog inputs: resistive, frequency, current and voltage
    • Embedded gateway for supported analog/J1939 data
    • IPX7 protection

    Integration and functionality

The embedded gateway accepts supported local engine/sensor inputs and dual J1939 sources and can place selected information onto NMEA 2000. The dual EasyLink channels make it possible to build out clusters of compatible 52 mm satellites around a central touchscreen.

    Installation

    The manual specifies a 205.5 x 105 mm (8.09 x 4.13 in) panel opening, 250 x 125 mm (9.84 x 4.92 in) outer dimensions and 65 mm (2.56 in) minimum mounting depth.

    Electrical and environmental

12/24 V nominal, 9–32 V operating range, with normal display consumption up to about 900 mA before satellite loads. The display is rated IPX7.
