About this product
Blue Sea Systems SafetyHub 100 Fuse Block, 7 circuits (3 MIDI/AMI 30-200A + 4 ATO/ATC 1-20A), 280A combined max, ignition protected. Manufacturer PN 7725.
The Blue Sea Systems SafetyHub 100 Fuse Block was built to replace a scattered mess of individual fuse holders with one ignition-protected, sealed distribution point. It consolidates seven circuits — three high-amp MIDI/AMI positions (30-200A) and four low-amp ATO/ATC positions (1-20A) — behind a single IP66 cover, with an integrated connector plug that eliminates loose wire connections at the low-amp side.
Key features
- 7 circuits total: three 30-200A MIDI/AMI positions plus four 1-20A ATO/ATC positions
- 280A combined maximum operating amperage
- Rated for 12V, 24V, and 32V systems
- Sealed cover: IP66, protected against powerful water jets
- Ignition protected: SAE J1171, ISO 8846, meets Coast Guard and ABYC requirements for gasoline or diesel powered boats
- Includes an ATO/ATC Fuse Connector Plug (PN 7731) for the low-amp circuits
Wire the SafetyHub directly to the battery for always-on circuits — bilge pumps, fire suppression, security alarms, clock memory — or feed it from a battery switch output for switched circuits like a windlass, bow thruster, or branch DC panel. Either way, one heavy cable run to the SafetyHub replaces several long individual runs to separate fuse holders, cutting both cost and wiring weight.
The three MIDI/AMI positions suit panel feeds, windlasses, and amplifiers; the four ATO/ATC positions suit lower-draw accessories. Because it's ignition protected, it's a common choice for gasoline-powered boats consolidating circuit protection in the engine compartment or near the battery bank. Because Blue Sea Systems recommends a competent electrical professional handle this installation, budget for that labor alongside the unit cost when quoting a SafetyHub-based rewiring project.
