Victron Orion-Tr 24/12-5 (60W) DC-DC converts a DC supply to the output voltage required by compatible onboard equipment.
It is a DC power converter, not an adaptive multi-stage battery charger. Selecting the correct input voltage, output voltage and isolation configuration allows equipment to be powered from a different DC bus.
