About this product
Veratron VMH 35 GPS Multifunction Marine Display is designed for compact marine engine and vessel monitoring. Its round format fits a conventional gauge opening while providing digital data pages and network integration.
Key features
- Black-glass 85 mm-class multifunction display with brushed stainless-steel ring
- Sun-readable hybrid color display with optically bonded mineral glass
- Analog inputs: 2x resistive, 1x frequency
- Embedded analog-to-NMEA 2000 gateway
- LIN interface for compatible Intelligent Battery Sensor
- Integrated 10 Hz GNSS for speed, position and heading
- Programmable engine/vessel data pages and local alarms
- IPX7 front and rear protection
Integration and functionality
The VMH 35 combines local analog sensing with NMEA 2000 networking. Supported locally measured values can be converted to NMEA 2000 for use by other compatible displays and chartplotters. The instrument can display engine, tank, battery and vessel information, with configurable alarms and on-screen setup.
Installation
The installation manual specifies an 86 mm (3.39 in) panel opening, 100 mm (3.94 in) outer diameter, 65 mm (2.56 in) mounting depth and 2–15 mm panel thickness. The Molex MX-150 and Micro-C/DeviceNet connections require additional harness clearance behind the panel.
Electrical and environmental
12 V nominal operation with a 9–16 V operating range and normal-mode current consumption up to 150 mA. IPX7 protection supports exposed helm installations when mounted and connected correctly.
Compatibility notes
The GPS and non-GPS versions share the same basic display platform; select the exact article number to match the required sensor-input type and GNSS capability.
